Transparent pricing guidance for branded interactive game hire. All quotes are tailored to your specific event - duration, branding, delivery, and support.

What affects the cost of game hire?

Event game hire pricing depends on five variables:

1. Hire duration: Single-day hires are the highest per-day rate. Multi-day and weekly hire is significantly more cost-effective per day. Extended campaign hires are priced on request.

2. Branding scope: An unbranded or lightly branded game costs less than a fully custom-branded installation with bespoke artwork, printed panels, and branded props. Full branding requires artwork lead time.

3. Delivery distance: Your event location affects logistics cost. Delivery, setup, and collection are included in your total quote - there’s no separately itemised delivery surcharge.

4. Setup and staffing: Standard hire includes delivery, installation, and collection. Staffed operation or a brand ambassador is quoted separately if required.

5. Package combinations: Hiring multiple games for the same event qualifies for package pricing. A two or three-game activation is more cost-effective than individual hires.

All prices exclude VAT. Delivery, setup, and collection are included. Prices are guide rates, and your quote may vary based on location, branding scope, and event logistics.

Direct clients - brand teams, marketing managers, event organisers hiring directly - receive standard pricing as above.

Trade and agency clients - experiential agencies, event production companies, exhibition contractors - are welcome to enquire about trade pricing. Trade rates reflect regular booking relationships and are discussed on enquiry.
